LAGOM HOTEL.

A PLACE THAT CONNECTS TO THE FLORENCE BUT INVITES ALL

CONCEPT.

Merging the narratives of the history of Florence and its presence, forming new narratives through
a contemporary approach and considering traditions and their importance while creating a balance.

DELUXE ROOM.

Cosy, austere and contemporary experience. Old walnut plank floor, cement resin bed structure with an
integrated slightly pink LED light inserted. Bedside floor lamp, seethrough curtain and milk glass tiling on
the ceiling. The bathroom is partially a wall and a milk glass to help with the lack of light due to the original
architecture and overall ambience.

LAGOM LOUNGE.

It is an interpretation of San Lorenzo church, one of the most important builidngs of Florence Reneissance times. Before all the posh additions were on, Pietra Serena, Terracotta and white plaster were the protagonists of the space. My aim was to recall this moment of the past in a contemporary way.

Intimate, soft, colder but comfortable at the same time. It is one of the main frequent conncetions of the hotel, therefore the central part is kept free and seating areas are positioned on the sides based on an octagonal grid. Sofas are custom made.
